Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we are asked most, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask — we would rather answer it before you order than after.
Ordering
- What is your minimum order?
- 50 pieces per design, mixed freely across sizes and stock colours. Medical scrubs start at 100. Custom dye lots need 300 pieces. Selected stock items are available from a single piece through print-on-demand.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the garment, the fabric weight, the decoration method and the quantity — which is why we quote rather than publish a price list. Send us the details and we come back with a real per-piece figure, usually within 24 hours.
- How long does an order take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. More involved work — cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods, or bespoke fabric — usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
- Do I need a tech pack?
- No. Most orders start with a photo, a logo and a quantity. We build the specification with you from there.
- When do I pay?
- A production deposit before the sample is made, and the balance before dispatch. Nothing is charged before you have a price and have approved a mockup.
Samples and approval
- Can I see a sample before bulk?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production at all, we can do that — but we have to charge for it.
- Will I see the design before it is made?
- Always. A free digital mockup goes to you on the actual garment at the actual print size, before anything is produced.
- Can you match a specific colour?
- Yes, Pantone matched, with a lab dip approved before bulk on custom dye lots. Custom colour needs 300 pieces; below that we match as closely as possible from stock.
- Can I change the order after approving the sample?
- Small changes usually, before cutting begins. Once fabric is cut the specification is fixed, so we confirm it with you at that point.
Decoration
- Which decoration method should I use?
- It depends on your artwork, fabric and quantity. Embroidery for logos and premium feel. Screen printing for volume and solid colour. DTF for detail across mixed or dark fabrics. DTG for photographic work on cotton. Sublimation for all-over on polyester. Vinyl for names and numbers. Each has its own page with a full comparison.
- Can you put more than one method on the same garment?
- Yes, and it is common — an embroidered chest logo with a printed back, for instance. It adds handling, so it costs more per piece, and we will tell you the difference.
- Can you print on dark garments?
- Yes, with DTF, screen printing, DTG or embroidery. Sublimation is the exception — it only works on light-coloured polyester.
- How many colours can I have?
- Unlimited with DTF, DTG and sublimation. Screen printing is priced per colour because each needs its own screen, and vinyl per colour because each is cut separately.
Shipping and the company
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
- Will your branding be on my garments?
- No. Unless you ask for it, nothing we produce carries our name. Woven neck labels, care labels and hangtags are all yours.
- Who are you?
- A third-generation garment manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan. We cut, sew, print, embroider and finish in our own unit rather than subcontracting.
- Can I visit the factory?
- Yes. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
