Custom scarves manufacturing
Custom scarves go to football and sports supporters, universities and schools, brands for winter merch, and events and weddings.
The scarf is woven with your design in the structure, then cut and finished with a fringe or a clean hem. Length and width are set to your brief.
Fabric and weight
Acrylic blends are soft, warm and hold bright colours well. Wool blends can be quoted.
How scarves are made with your design
Jacquard weaves the design into the scarf itself, so it reads on both sides and never peels. Crests, club names and stripes work best in a few solid colours.
Private label scarves
Your scarves can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 scarves per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale scarves, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we knit or weave the whole run in one go in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

A logo or design file (AI, PDF, SVG or a large PNG). A photo or sketch is fine to start; we redraw it for production.

When you need them delivered, and where. We tell you straight away whether the date is realistic.

- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.

- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
