Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Get in touch and we will arrange it. Our unit is in Lahore — under three hours from Dubai, Doha and Riyadh by air, and a day's travel from the UK and Europe, direct or via the Gulf — and customers from the UK, the Gulf and Europe visit regularly: to see the floor, to sit with a sample, to settle a range in an afternoon. If you cannot travel, a video walk-through from the floor is available on any working day, and we photograph every order at cutting, decoration and packing.
What a visit looks like
The floor first: cutting, sewing, the print and embroidery stations, finishing and packing, all under one roof — because we cut, sew, print, embroider and finish in our own unit rather than subcontracting, and that is easier to show than to say. Then the fabric: the jersey and fleece weights on the roll, so you can feel a 200 against a 270 and a 400 against a 500 before choosing. Then your order, if there is one in progress, or samples if there is not.
Getting here
Lahore's airport is Allama Iqbal International. Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad, Saudia and Turkish Airlines fly in daily, so the Gulf is under three hours away and London, Manchester, Frankfurt and Amsterdam are a single connection — a day's travel door to door. The factory is a short drive from the airport. Most business visitors need a visa; Pakistan's online visa system covers the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf states, and we will help with whatever the application needs from our side.
If you would rather not travel
A live video call from the floor shows you the same things — the stations, the fabric, your sample in someone's hands — and it is how most of our overseas customers first see us. We are in Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5, which overlaps most of the working day for the UK, Europe and the Gulf and the morning for the US East Coast.
