Custom joggers manufacturing
Joggers are the other half of the tracksuit. Most of our jogger orders arrive alongside hoodies or sweatshirts: streetwear drops, gym and club kit, university societies and staff loungewear. Because they come from the same fleece, the colours match without a separate dye lot.
The waistband carries covered elastic with a flat drawcord, the cuffs are 1×1 rib, and the side seams are overlocked and then twin-needle stitched so they stay flat after washing. Pockets can be added, removed or zipped; a back pocket is optional.
Fabric and weight
Fleece weight changes how joggers hang. 320gsm is lighter for warmer climates and gym use; 400gsm is the premium, structured weight that holds a crease-free leg. We knit and brush the fleece before cutting and pre-shrink it, so the length you approve on the sample is the length that ships.
Decorating your joggers
The usual placements are a small logo on the left thigh, a wordmark down one leg, or a back-pocket hit. Embroidery sits well on heavy fleece; screen print and DTF suit longer leg prints.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
Private label joggers
Your joggers can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 joggers per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale joggers, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- What is the minimum order for custom joggers?
- 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that.
- Can you make matching tracksuits?
- Yes. Order joggers with any of our hoodies or sweatshirts in the same fleece and colour, and we cut them from the same fabric run so the shades match.
- Can the leg be straight or wide instead of tapered?
- Yes. Tapered is our house fit, but straight, relaxed and wide-leg patterns are all possible. Send a reference pair if you have one.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. Cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods or bespoke fabric usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
