Clothing manufacturer in Pakistan for US brands

The cotton is the reason. Pakistan grows it, spins it and knits it within a few hundred kilometres of our factory, so a 270 gsm ring-spun heavyweight tee costs around $10–14 to make here against $18–25 from a domestic US maker — before decoration, before the label. For a brand selling a $40 tee, that is the difference between a margin and a hobby.

The second reason is the minimum. A US cut-and-sew factory that will take a new brand at all usually wants 300 pieces per style. We take 50, mixed sizes, 30 per stock colour, and a colour of your own from a 300-piece dye lot. A first drop of 50 tees and 50 hoodies is a real order here, not a favour.

The third is that the trade is established. Pakistan is a top-ten apparel supplier to the United States; the shipping lanes, the customs brokers and the labelling rules are worn smooth. Ordering from Lahore is not exotic — it is what a large part of the US market already does, usually through a middleman. You are simply going direct.

Streetwear is the largest category — heavyweight boxy tees at 270 gsm, 500 gsm brushed-back hoodies with puff or embroidered wordmarks, drops across our stock colour range, and house colours from a 300-piece dye lot. Then gym and athleisure brands: French terry joggers and pump-cover sweats, poly-spandex leggings with flatlock seams, structured caps. Then the volume buyers — college merchandise, corporate uniforms, event tees, restaurant and hospitality workwear — where the print run is bigger and the garment plainer.

Everything is made under one roof: fabric in, cut, decorated flat, sewn, labelled to US requirements, inspected, polybagged, cartoned. Screen print, DTF, DTG, hybrid, sublimation and embroidery are all in-house, which is why a mixed order — say embroidered polos and printed tees for the same launch — ships as one consignment.

The United States has no trade preference for Pakistani garments, so the standard rates apply: 16.5% on cotton knit tees and sweatshirts, 32% on their polyester equivalents. Since 2025 the US has also applied additional country-based tariffs on top of the standard rates, and the level has changed more than once. We do not guess at it. Your quote states the rate in force on the day, the tariff line it applies to, and the amount in dollars.

In practice, a $12 heavyweight tee with duty and air freight lands in the US for around $15–17 at 50 pieces, and less by sea at volume — still well under a domestic blank of the same weight before it has been printed. If you want one delivered price with nothing to pay on arrival, ask for DDP. If you have your own customs broker and freight account, ask for FOB Karachi and we hand over at the port.

Air is the default for first orders: a carton of 50 hoodies is about 40 kg and reaches Los Angeles or Brooklyn within a week of dispatch, tracked. Sea makes sense from a few hundred pieces, when the saving per piece is worth the extra month.

Every garment we ship to the United States carries what the FTC's Textile and Care Labeling Rules require: fibre content by generic name and percentage, the country of origin — "Made in Pakistan" on the front of a label at the inside centre of the neck, where the rule wants it — and the identity of the brand or importer, either as your company name or your RN number. Care instructions are printed on the same satin label at the side seam, in the standard wording or symbols.

If you sell children's sizes, we label to CPSIA as well: a permanent tracking label with the batch and date, and fabrics that meet the flammability standard, which our knit weights do. We hold the wording for all of it; you supply your brand name or RN and we do the rest. A brand that has never exported before does not need to learn the regulation — it needs a factory that already has.

US alpha sizes run roomier than UK and EU sizes with the same letter. Our standard blocks are graded to US chest and length measurements — a medium boxy tee at 22 inches across the chest, for instance — and we label in US sizes with the measurements on your size chart. If you have your own grading, it goes in the tech pack and we cut to it; if you have a garment whose fit you like, send it and we pattern from it. A size-set sample, one of each size, is standard before any cut-and-sew run.

Quotes and invoices are in US dollars. Payment is by international wire, or by card or transfer through the payment platforms most US brands already use. A production deposit is taken before the sample is made and the balance before dispatch; nothing is charged before you have a price and have approved a mockup in writing. A pre-production sample is produced free with any production order once the deposit is received. A sample before committing to production is possible and charged, typically $40–100 for a decorated garment, credited against the bulk order.
