Custom fleece blankets manufacturing
Fleece blankets are a gifting product: corporate and client gifts, universities and alumni, sports clubs, weddings and family occasions, and brand merch.
The fleece is printed flat, cut to 130 × 170 cm and finished with an overlocked or bound edge.
Fabric and weight
Polyester fleece is warm, light and machine-washable, and it is the fabric sublimation prints best on.
Decorating your fleece blankets
Sublimation prints full-colour designs and photos across the whole throw. A single embroidered logo in the corner is the understated alternative.
Sublimation printing
Dye turned to gas and bonded into polyester fibres. Full colour to the edge, no feel, no cracking.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Private label fleece blankets
Your fleece blankets can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 fleece blankets per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale fleece blankets, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
