Custom coach jackets manufacturing
Coach jackets go to streetwear labels, skate and music crews, event and production staff, sports coaches and clubs. They are a light layer that looks like a uniform without feeling like one.
Snap buttons down the front, a drawcord at the hem, welt side pockets and a full mesh lining. Snaps, cord ends and lining colour can all be matched to your brand.
Fabric and weight
The nylon shell is light and wind-resistant. The mesh lining keeps it from sticking to the skin, so it stays wearable in warm weather.
Decorating your coach jackets
The back takes a full-width screen print; the chest carries a small print or embroidered logo. We use nylon inks and low-heat transfers so the shell does not scorch.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.

Your coach jackets can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.

Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. - A water-repellent finish can be added to the shell. Tell us how it will be worn and we will quote the right finish.
- Can you print the whole back?
- Yes. A full-back screen print is the classic coach jacket look.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
