Shipping
Within Pakistan we deliver nationwide, and delivery is usually one to three days after dispatch depending on the city. Internationally we ship by courier, quoted separately by weight and destination — for most apparel orders that means three to seven days in transit to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf.
Shipping is not included in the per-piece price. We quote it separately so you can see it rather than have it buried, and so you can use your own freight account if you have one.
If your date is tight
Tell us the date first, before anything else. We will work backwards from it and tell you honestly at the start whether it is achievable — not three days out when nothing can be done.
If it is tight, there are usually options: a simpler decoration method, stock colours instead of a custom dye, or a split delivery with the pieces you need first shipped ahead of the rest. We would rather propose those than miss the date.
Frequently asked questions
- When does the lead time start?
- When artwork is approved and the deposit is received — not when you first make contact. The clock starts once we can begin work.
- Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
- Yes, worldwide. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
- Can you ship to multiple addresses?
- Yes. Send the addresses and quantities with the order.
- Can I use my own courier account?
- Yes. Tell us at quote stage and we will pack and hand over to your carrier.
- What if part of the order is delayed?
- We will tell you as soon as we know, and offer a split delivery so the pieces that are ready ship rather than waiting on the rest.
