Kit has to survive the season

Sportswear fails in specific, predictable ways. Prints crack across the shoulders. Numbers lift at the edges after a dozen washes. Seams go at the underarm. Colours fade unevenly so the second-year kit no longer matches the first.

Most of that is decided before anything is printed. It comes down to choosing a fabric that holds colour, a decoration method suited to that fabric, and construction that puts the seam where the stress is not.

For full-colour designs and anything with gradients or all-over graphics, we sublimate — the dye becomes part of the polyester, so there is physically nothing sitting on the surface to crack or peel. For cotton and blend garments, screen printing or heat-applied vinyl for names and numbers is usually the better answer.

What we produce

Team kit

Match jerseys, shorts and socks, produced as a set with consistent colour across every piece.

Training wear

Training tops, tracksuits, mid-layers and bibs for day-to-day use rather than match day.

Club apparel

Hoodies, tees and polos for players, staff and supporters — the range that actually funds the club.

Gym and studio wear

Performance tees, tanks, leggings and shorts in moisture-managing knits for gyms and studios selling their own line.

Event and race wear

Run, ride and tournament kit produced to a fixed date, with participant numbers where needed.

Warm-up and outerwear

Bench jackets, windbreakers and padded layers for the touchline.

Sportswear questions

Can you do names and numbers per player?
Yes. Send the list with sizes and we will produce each garment individually. It adds a little to lead time but not usually to the base price.
Will the kit still match if we reorder mid-season?
We keep the colour reference and specification on file so a top-up order matches the original. Tell us at the outset that you expect to reorder and we will hold fabric details accordingly.
What is the minimum for a team order?
50 pieces. For a squad smaller than that, we can often combine kit and club apparel into one order to reach the minimum — ask us.
Can you match our exact club colours?
Yes, to Pantone references or to a physical sample. Sublimation gives the most accurate and most durable colour on polyester.
How long does a kit order take?
Typically 7–10 days in production. Build in shipping time on top, and tell us your first fixture date — we plan backwards from it.
