How our pricing works
Three things drive the price of a custom garment: the blank itself, how it is decorated, and how many you order.
The blank depends on the garment and its fabric weight. A 270gsm heavyweight tee uses more cotton than a 160gsm one, so it costs more — though not proportionally, because cutting and stitching take the same labour either way.
Decoration is priced by method, position and size, and for screen printing and embroidery, by colour count. Screen printing needs one screen per colour, which is why a two-colour print costs more per piece than a one-colour print and carries a higher setup. Embroidery is priced on stitch count instead, so a dense design costs more than a simple one even in a single thread colour.
Quantity is the biggest lever. Setup costs are fixed, so they spread thinner across a larger order, and our margin narrows deliberately as volume rises. The difference between 50 pieces and 500 is substantial — if you are close to a threshold, it is usually worth asking.

The blank garment at your chosen fabric weight, every decoration position you add, any finishing you select, and one-off setup costs such as screens, digitising and label origination.
Not included
Shipping and duties, which depend on destination and weight. Custom Pantone dyeing, which needs a lab dip approved before bulk. Bespoke fabric sourcing and pattern development for cut-and-sew work.
Why it is an estimate
Artwork complexity, fabric availability and your size breakdown all move the real number. The calculator gets you close enough to plan a budget; a written quote is exact.

Pricing questions
- What is the minimum order?
- 50 pieces for most garments, and 100 pieces for medical scrubs. Where an order spans several colours we can usually work to 30 pieces per colour — send us the breakdown and we will confirm.
- Why does the price per piece fall as I order more?
- Setup costs — screens, digitising, label origination — are fixed regardless of order size, so they spread thinner across more pieces. Our margin also narrows deliberately at volume. Both effects push the unit price down as quantity rises.
- Is embroidery or printing cheaper?
- It depends on the design and the quantity. Screen printing is priced per colour, so it gets very economical at volume with a simple design. Embroidery is priced on stitch count and does not care how many thread colours you use. For a small logo on 50 pieces the difference is minor; at 1,000 pieces it can be significant.
- Do you charge for samples?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit has been received. If you want a sample before placing an order, we can do that, but it is chargeable.
- Does the price include delivery?
- No. Shipping depends on destination, weight and method, and is quoted with your order. We ship across Pakistan and to the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
- Can you match a quote I have from elsewhere?
- Send it to us. If the specification is genuinely comparable — same fabric weight, same decoration, same finishing — we will tell you honestly whether we can beat it or not.
