Custom beach towels manufacturing
Beach towels go to hotels and resorts, beach clubs, swimwear and summer brands, corporate retreats and event giveaways.
The terry is 100% polyester so it takes a sublimation print, printed flat and hemmed on all four sides.
Fabric and weight
100% polyester terry holds a bright sublimation print and keeps a soft terry loop that dries you off. It stands up to sun, salt and washing.
Decorating your beach towels
100% polyester terry is what lets sublimation print a beach towel in full colour, edge to edge: a photo, a pattern or a big logo, with nothing to crack or peel.

Dye turned to gas and bonded into polyester fibres. Full colour to the edge, no feel, no cracking.
Private label beach towels
Your beach towels can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 beach towels per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
