    Your request lands with the people who run production. If something is ambiguous — a fabric weight, a placement, a deadline — we ask rather than guess.

  2. You get a costed quote within 24 hours

    Broken down by garment, decoration and finishing, so you can see what each part costs and adjust before committing.

  3. We confirm with a sample

    For anything going into bulk we make a pre-production sample first. Nothing runs on a full order until you have approved what it looks like in the hand.

Before you ask

Is the quote free, and am I committing to anything?
It is free and there is no obligation. Most people quote two or three options before they decide, and that is a sensible way to buy.
What is your minimum order?
50 pieces for most garments. Medical scrubs run to a 100-piece minimum because of how the fabric is sourced. If you are under the minimum, still ask — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.
Do I need artwork ready to get a quote?
No. A rough sketch, a reference photo, or a description is enough to price against. Artwork affects cost mainly through colour count and size, so the closer you are to final, the closer the quote is to final.
What if my design file is too large to upload?
Submit the form without it. We will reply within 24 hours and you can send the artwork to that email — the quote is not held up by the file.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. We work to Pantone references for both fabric dyeing and print. Tell us the code in the notes and we will confirm what is achievable on your chosen fabric.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we produce in Lahore and ship to Pakistan, the US, the UK, Australia and Canada. Tell us the destination in the notes so shipping is included in the quote rather than added later.
