Can you rush an order to meet a fixed date?
Often — if you tell us the date before anything else. We work backwards from it and tell you honestly at the start whether it is achievable, not three days out when nothing can be done. Where it is tight there are usually options: a simpler decoration method, stock colours instead of a custom dye, or a split delivery with the pieces you need first shipped ahead of the rest.
What makes a date achievable
The fastest orders are decorated stock garments with artwork that is final on day one and a size breakdown that does not change: 7–10 days in production, then courier. The things that cannot be hurried are a custom dye lot, which adds a week or more for dyeing and the lab dip, and a new pattern, which needs sampling before bulk. If your date does not allow for those, we will say so and propose the version that does.
Shipping is the other lever. Air express reaches the UK in three to five days and the US, Canada and Australia in four to seven; sea freight saves money and costs weeks. For a fixed date, air is the default and we quote it with the order.
How to give yourself the best chance
Send the date with the brief. Send final artwork in the format the method needs — vector for screen print and embroidery, 300dpi PNG at print size for DTF and DTG. Lock the size breakdown before the sample is approved. Approve the mockup and the sample the day they arrive. Every one of those is a day that either you or the order spends waiting.
