How to Order

Six steps from an idea to a delivered order. Nothing is charged before you have seen a price, and nothing is cut before you have approved a sample.

How an order runs

  1. Send us what you have

Artwork, a reference garment, a photo, or just a description. A tech pack is welcome but not required — most orders start with a rough idea and a quantity. Tell us the garment, roughly how many, and any date you are working to.

  2. We come back with a real price

Usually within 24 hours: a per-piece figure against the actual specification, not a range. If something in your brief will cost more than you expect — a custom dye, a difficult decoration on a difficult fabric — we say so at this point rather than later.

  3. Artwork and specification are agreed

We digitise embroidery, separate print colours, and send a digital mockup for approval. Fabric weight, fit, trims and label placement are settled here. Nothing moves until you have signed off what it will look like.

  4. Sample and lab dip

A sample is produced free with any production order, once the deposit is received. On custom colours a lab dip is approved before bulk dyeing. This is the last point where changes are cheap, so we would rather you were fussy here than disappointed later.

  5. Production

Cutting, stitching, decoration, labelling and finishing in our own unit in Lahore. As fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run; 10–14 working days where the work is more involved. You are told which applies before production starts.

  6. Quality check and dispatch

Every piece is checked before packing. Individual polybagging, hangtags and care labels applied if you want them. We ship across Pakistan and worldwide; shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a tech pack to order?
No. Most orders start with a description and a reference. If you have a tech pack we will work from it; if not, we build the specification with you. There is a free template on our tech packs page if you want a starting point.
What if I only have a logo from my website?
Send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it will reproduce well at the size you want, and what we would need to redraw it if not.
When do I pay?
A production deposit is taken before the sample is made, with the balance before dispatch. Nothing is charged before you have a price and have approved the mockup.
Can I change the order after approving the sample?
Small changes, usually yes, before cutting begins. Once fabric is cut the quantity and specification are fixed, so we confirm both with you at that point.
How long does the whole process take?
We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. More involved work — cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods, or bespoke fabric — usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
