Custom bandanas manufacturing
Bandanas go to brand merch drops, festivals and events, pet brands, sports teams and hospitality staff.
The cotton is printed flat, cut to 55 cm square and finished with a narrow rolled hem on all four sides.
Fabric and weight
Light cotton takes print well, softens with every wash and folds small.
Decorating your bandanas
Bandanas are printed across the whole square, so the design can run to the edge: paisley, patterns, logos, maps. Screen print gives the classic look in a few flat colours.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
Private label bandanas
Your bandanas can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 bandanas per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale bandanas, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
