Custom beanies manufacturing
Beanies are a winter merch staple: streetwear labels, outdoor and ski brands, universities, corporate winter gifts and team kit.
The body is knitted as a tube, closed at the crown and folded into a double-layer cuff, so the logo sits on two layers and does not pucker.
Fabric and weight
Acrylic blends hold their colour, stay soft and keep their stretch after washing. Wool blends can be quoted for a premium beanie.
Decorating your beanies
Embroidery on the cuff is the classic beanie logo, placed flat on the fold. Woven badges and labels can be sewn on instead.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Private label beanies
Your beanies can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 beanies per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale beanies, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- What is the minimum order for custom beanies?
- 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that.
- Can the logo be knitted in instead of embroidered?
- Ask us. Knitted-in designs depend on the knitting machine and yarn colours, so we quote them per design.
- Can I order a cuffless beanie?
- Yes. Cuffless and pom-pom styles can be quoted.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. Cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods or bespoke fabric usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
