Custom crew socks manufacturing
Custom socks go to brand merch drops, sports clubs in team colours, corporate gifts and event giveaways, and weddings and occasions.
The socks are knitted in the round with the design in the yarn, finished with a ribbed cuff, and the toe is closed by linking or machine seam.
Fabric and weight
Combed cotton removes the short fibres, so the sock is softer and pills less. The blend adds stretch so the sock holds its shape.
How crew socks are made with your design
Sock designs are knitted in, not printed: your logo and pattern become part of the knit, so they do not crack or fade. Designs are drawn to the knitting grid, and we send a digital proof first.
Private label crew socks
Your crew socks can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 crew socks per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we knit or weave the whole run in one go in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- It depends on the knitting machine. We confirm the colour count when we proof your design.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.

- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
