DTG vs. DTF Printing

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing are both popular custom printing methods, but they differ in their processes and applications. DTG printing directly prints designs onto fabrics, making it ideal for detailed, full-color designs. It excels in soft-to-the-touch prints that maintain fabric flexibility. In contrast, DTF printing involves printing a design onto a special film, which is then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure.

DTF printing is more versatile across a range of fabric types, including polyester, blends, and darker fabrics. While DTG is perfect for highly detailed, small-run designs on natural fabrics like cotton and linen. DTF offers better durability and affordability, especially for multi-design prints, making it ideal for larger runs with a wider variety of fabric choices.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for DTG printing?

Our minimum order requirement is 50 pieces, making it ideal for larger projects and bulk orders. This ensures you have the flexibility to bring your creative ideas to life without limitations.

How long will the print last?

Our prints outlast when you take good care of the product by following our guide for longevity. We recommend using Cold Water for washing, turning the garment inside out, line drying, and avoiding any bleach.

How long will it take to complete my order?

We generally require 10-14 business days for bulk manufacturing to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in every order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product you order.

Can I order a sample before ordering bulk?

We will produce a sample free of charge with any production order. However: free pre-production samples cannot be created until we have received the production order deposit.

If you would like a sample before putting in a production order, we can accommodate that request — but will have to charge for the sample.
