Custom Activewear & Gym Wear

Activewear made for movement — compression tops, leggings, dry-fit tees and shorts carrying your branding. Performance fabric, flatlock seams where they matter, and decoration chosen so it survives a wash cycle and a gym bag.

What we make

Compression and base-layer tops, dry-fit training tees, leggings and tights, training shorts, tracksuits, singlets and team kit. Polyester and poly-elastane blends with four-way stretch, moisture-wicking finishes, and mesh panels where ventilation is needed.

Fit matters more here than anywhere else in our range. A gym tee cut like a retail tee will ride up. We pattern activewear separately, with a longer body, a narrower armhole and a sleeve that stays put when the arm goes overhead.

Choosing decoration for activewear

This is where most activewear orders go wrong. Embroidery on a four-way stretch panel restricts the stretch and eventually tears the fabric around the stitches. Screen printing on polyester can suffer dye migration, where the garment's own colour bleeds into the ink over time and a white print turns pink on a red shirt.

So: sublimation for anything all-over or full-colour on polyester, DTF for logos and numbers where the fabric is stable, embroidery only on woven panels, collars and caps. We will steer you to the right one rather than printing what you asked for and letting you find out in three months.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do all-over prints on gym wear?
Yes — sublimation is made for it, and works edge to edge across the whole garment including seams. It requires polyester in a lighter base colour.
Will embroidery work on leggings?
We would advise against it. Embroidery restricts stretch and the stitching eventually pulls the fabric. For leggings we use DTF or sublimation, and put embroidery on a woven waistband panel if you want the texture.
What is dye migration and should I worry?
On polyester, the garment dye can bleed into a print over time, turning a white logo pink on a red shirt. It is avoided by choosing the right ink and a blocker layer, or by sublimating instead. We handle it at the quoting stage.
What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes.
How long does it take?
We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. More involved work — cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods, or bespoke fabric — usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
