Terms & Conditions

Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for 30 days from issue and is based on the specification stated on it — garment, fabric weight, decoration method, quantity and size breakdown. A change to any of those may change the price, and we will requote rather than absorb it silently.
An order is confirmed when the deposit is received and the digital mockup has been approved in writing. Production is scheduled from that point, and lead times are counted from it rather than from first contact.
Samples and approval
We produce a sample free of charge with any production order once the production deposit has been received. A sample requested before a production order is chargeable.
On custom dye lots a lab dip is approved before bulk dyeing. Approval of the sample and, where applicable, the lab dip is taken as approval of the specification. Bulk production proceeds against the approved sample.
Changes and cancellation
Changes requested before cutting begins can usually be accommodated, and we will tell you at the time whether the price or the lead time is affected. Once fabric has been cut, the quantity and specification are fixed.
An order cancelled before cutting is refunded less any costs already incurred — fabric bought to order, digitising, screens, or labels already produced. An order cancelled after cutting cannot be refunded, because the garments cannot be resold.
Tolerances
Garment measurements are produced to within an industry-standard tolerance of approximately 1cm on the main measurement points. Fabric weight is produced to within approximately 5% of the stated gsm.
Colour is matched to the approved lab dip or stock reference. Small variation between dye lots is inherent in textile production; where an order runs across more than one lot we will tell you.
Faults and claims
Every piece is inspected before packing. If a garment is faulty in manufacture or decoration, tell us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and we will replace it or credit it.
We cannot accept claims for damage caused by washing or handling contrary to the care instructions supplied, for normal variation within the tolerances above, or for a specification that was approved at sample stage.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork you send us, and that producing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not check ownership and cannot be responsible for infringement.
Your artwork remains yours. We do not reuse it, sell it, or produce it for anyone else. We may show finished work in our own portfolio unless you tell us not to — say so and we will not.

These are standard terms
This page sets out how we normally trade. It is not a substitute for the terms stated on your individual quotation or contract, which take precedence where they differ.
If you are placing a large or unusual order and need terms reviewed or adapted, tell us and we will work through them with you.
Questions about these terms?
Ask before you order rather than after. We would rather be clear at the start.
