Decoration

Six decoration methods run in-house, and the right one depends on your artwork, your fabric and your quantity rather than on what we would prefer to run.

Embroidery for logos and anything that should feel premium. Screen printing for volume and solid colour. DTF where the fabric is mixed or dark. DTG for photographic artwork on cotton. Sublimation for all-over prints on polyester. Vinyl for names, numbers and team kit.

Manufacturing

Fabric sourcing to a stated gsm and composition, with lab dips approved before bulk. Pattern making and grading. Cutting, stitching and finishing. Cut-and-sew from scratch where you want a garment that does not exist yet, or production from our house blocks where you do not.

Labelling and packaging close the loop: woven neck labels, printed care labels, hangtags and individual polybagging, so what leaves our unit is your product rather than ours with your logo added.
