Custom puffer vests manufacturing
Puffer vests are a corporate favourite. Finance and tech teams, property firms and event staff wear them over shirts, and outdoor and golf brands sell them as a winter layer.
Channel-quilted panels hold the fill in place, the stand collar is lined, and the zip runs from hem to chin. Pocket zips, pullers and lining can match your colours.
Fabric and weight
The outer is treated to shed light rain, and the recycled fill keeps its loft after washing. Fill weight is set to how warm the vest needs to be.
Decorating your puffer vests
Small, clean branding suits a puffer: an embroidered or transfer logo on the chest, placed on a flat panel between the quilting lines. Large prints across quilting are not recommended.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
Private label puffer vests
Your puffer vests can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.

Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
