Private Label Clothing Manufacturing
Your fabric, your fit, your labels, your packaging. We manufacture it and stay invisible — nothing of ours appears on the garment or in the box.

What private label actually means here
Private label is often sold as putting your neck label into someone else's blank. That is relabelling, and it has a ceiling: you inherit another brand's fit, fabric and quality decisions, and so does every competitor buying from the same supplier.
We manufacture from the pattern up. You choose the fabric and its weight, the cut and the grading, the trims and hardware, the labels and the packaging. What arrives is a garment that exists because you specified it — not one that already existed with your name added.
For brands at an earlier stage we also do the simpler version, working from premium blanks with your labels and decoration applied. Both are legitimate; they suit different points in a brand's life, and we will tell you honestly which one your budget and quantity actually support.
Your brand, end to end
Neck labels, care and composition labels, size tabs, hangtags, polybags and cartons — all to your specification. The garment leaves here ready to sell, not ready to be repackaged.

What you specify
Every one of these is a decision you make, not one we make for you.
Fabric and weight
Cotton, blends, French terry, fleece, performance knits and woven fabrics, sourced to your GSM. We will show you options against your target price.
Fit and grading
Your pattern, or a pattern developed with you. Size grading set to your market rather than a generic run.
Construction
Seam types, stitch density, ribbing, cuffs, hems and reinforcement at stress points.
Trims and hardware
Zips, drawcords, eyelets, buttons and tapes specified to match the garment's positioning.
Labels
Woven or printed neck labels, care and composition labels, size tabs and hangtags, made to your artwork.
Packaging
Polybags, tissue, boxes, stickers and carton marking — whatever your channel needs, including retail-ready.
How a private label order runs
Brief
Garment, quantity, target price, market and deadline. A tech pack helps enormously; if you do not have one we can work from references and measurements.
Fabric and costing
We propose fabrics against your target price and confirm what is achievable at your quantity. You see the trade-offs before committing.
Sample
We produce a sample for fit, fabric and finish. Expect one or two rounds — this is the stage where a private label order is won or lost, and it is worth taking time over.
Bulk production
Cutting, stitching, decoration, labelling and quality check. Typically 10–14 working days for cut-and-sew at this level.
Finishing and dispatch
Packed to your specification and shipped. International orders go to the US, UK, Australia and Canada regularly.
Private label questions
- What is the minimum order for private label?
- 50 pieces per style for most garments. Where an order spans several colours we can usually work to 30 pieces per colour. Full cut-and-sew from a new pattern is more economical at higher quantities, and we will tell you where that line sits for your garment.
- Do I need a tech pack?
- It helps, but it is not required. We can work from a reference garment, photographs and measurements, and produce the specification with you. If you have a tech pack we work to it directly.
- Will my design be kept confidential?
- Yes. We do not show one customer's work to another, and we do not sell your pattern or design on. If you want that in writing before sharing files, ask and we will sign it.
- Can you match a garment I already sell?
- Usually. Send us the garment. We will assess the fabric, construction and fit, and tell you honestly how close we can get and at what cost.
- Who owns the pattern?
- You do, where you have paid for its development. It is your product.
