Custom quarter-zip pullovers manufacturing
Quarter-zips are what companies order when a hoodie feels too casual: staff and sales teams, golf days, corporate gifts, schools and university staff, and premium team kit.
The zip is set into a placket that runs into a two-layer stand-up collar, so it stands without flopping. Cuffs and hem are ribbed, and the zip tape and puller can be dyed to match or contrast.
Fabric and weight
350gsm makes a lighter midlayer; 450gsm is a heavy pullover that holds its structure. The blend keeps the collar crisp while the inside stays soft.
Decorating your quarter-zips
Embroidery on the left chest is the house look for quarter-zips. Screen print and DTF suit the back and sleeves.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.

Your quarter-zips can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.

Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- Yes. Zip tape and puller can match the body colour or contrast with it.
- Can you embroider over the zip line?
- We place chest logos clear of the zip. A logo can go on the collar or sleeve instead.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
