Can you split the delivery?

Yes. If the date is tight we can ship crew and volunteer pieces first and follow with the rest, so the people who need shirts on day one have them.

Can you match our brand colours exactly?

Yes, Pantone matched. Custom dye lots need 300 pieces and add roughly 7–10 days; below that we match as closely as possible from stock colours.

What is the minimum order?

50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes.

Can we add names or roles to individual shirts?

Yes — vinyl is built for exactly this. Send the list with sizes and we handle the layout.

Built around the date

An event order has one hard constraint that a retail order does not: the date does not move. A t-shirt that arrives the day after the conference is worthless, however good it is.

So we plan backwards. Tell us the event date and we work out the last safe day for artwork approval, for fabric, and for dispatch — and tell you at the start whether the date is achievable, rather than discovering it three days out. If it is tight, we will say what has to change: a simpler decoration method, a stock colour instead of a custom dye, or a split delivery with the essential pieces first.
