What to include when you get in touch
What you want made
The garment, or a photo or reference of something similar. If you have a tech pack, send it; if not, a description is a perfectly good start.
How many
Roughly is fine at this stage. Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed freely across sizes and colours.
Your artwork
Any format. Vector is ideal, a 300dpi PNG works, and a logo from your website is a starting point — we will tell you honestly what will reproduce well.
Your date
If you are working to a deadline, tell us at the start. We will say whether it is achievable before you commit, rather than three days out.
Before you write
- How quickly will you reply?
- Usually within 24 hours on quote requests. If your enquiry is urgent, WhatsApp is faster than email.
- Can I get a price without sending artwork?
- An indicative one, yes — tell us the garment, weight and quantity. An exact figure needs the artwork, because the decoration method and colour count affect it.
- Do you work with customers outside Pakistan?
- Yes. We export regularly to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
- Can I visit the factory?
- Yes, and we would encourage it if you are placing a significant order. Get in touch and we will arrange a time.
- How long will my order take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. More involved work usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
