How do I get a quote, and how long does it take?
Send us what you have — the garment, roughly how many, how you want it decorated and any date you are working to — through the quote form or by email. A real per-piece price against the actual specification comes back, usually within 24 hours, together with a digital mockup on the garment. It is a figure, not a range, and nothing is charged until you have seen it.
What makes a quote fast and accurate
| Send this | Because |
|---|---|
| The garment and fabric weight | A 270 gsm tee and a 160 gsm tee are different prices |
| The quantity, or a range | Quantity is the biggest lever on the per-piece price |
| Artwork, or a description of it | Colour count sets screen-print cost; size sets embroidery stitch count |
| Placement and size of the decoration | A left chest and a full back are different jobs |
| Colour: stock, or a Pantone reference | A custom dye lot is a different minimum and lead time |
| Any date | So the answer includes whether it can be met |
| Destination | Shipping and duties are quoted with the order |
What comes back
A per-piece price for the garment as specified, with the setup items — screens, digitising, label origination — shown separately so you can see what a reorder would save. Shipping to your destination, quoted by weight and method, and the duty position if it is abroad. A digital mockup on the actual garment at the actual print size. And, if something in the brief will cost more than you expect — a custom dye, a difficult decoration on a difficult fabric — a note saying so now rather than later.
If you want a number before talking to anyone, the calculator on the pricing page prices garments, decoration and quantities live from the same rate sheet. The quote is where it becomes exact.
Related questions
- Is a quote free?
- Yes, and so is the mockup that comes with it.
- Can I get a quote without artwork?
- Yes — describe the decoration and we quote on that basis, then confirm when the artwork arrives.
- How long is a quote valid?
- It is stated on the quote; fabric and freight costs move, so a quote is firm for its validity period.
- Can you match a quote from another supplier?
- Send it. If the specification is genuinely comparable — fabric weight, decoration, finishing — we will tell you honestly whether we can beat it.
