Custom lightweight zip jackets manufacturing
Lightweight zip jackets go to running and cycling clubs, event and festival crews, corporate travel and conference teams, and outdoor brands. They fold into their own pocket, so they are an easy giveaway.
A full-length zip with a chin guard, elasticated cuffs and hem, and a pocket that doubles as the pack-away bag. A hood can be added or left off.
Fabric and weight
The nylon is light and wind-resistant, and a water-repellent finish can be added.
Decorating your zip jackets
A chest logo and a back print are the usual pair. On thin nylon we use low-heat transfers and nylon inks, and embroider only small logos with a backing.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Private label zip jackets
Your zip jackets can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 zip jackets per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- What is the minimum order for custom zip jackets?
- 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that.
- Does it really pack into a pocket?
- Yes. One pocket is built to hold the jacket folded, with the zip closing it.
- Can you add a hood?
- Yes. It can be made with a stowable hood or without one.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. Cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods or bespoke fabric usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
