Uniforms are a repeat order, not a one-off
A merchandise run is finished when it ships. A uniform programme is not. Staff join and leave, sizes change, and a garment ordered in March has to match the one ordered in November — same shade, same fit, same fabric weight.
That is a manufacturing problem more than a printing one. We keep your specification on file: fabric and GSM, the exact colour reference, the size grading, the placement and size of your logo, the label and packing format. When you reorder, we produce against that record rather than starting the conversation again.
It also means we will tell you when a fabric in your original spec is no longer the right choice, rather than quietly substituting something close and letting you discover the difference on the shop floor.

Staff uniforms for schools, clinics and institutions, with the size range and repeatability that annual reordering needs.
Branding that survives the wash
Uniforms are laundered far harder than merchandise. The decoration method matters more here than anywhere else.
Embroidery
The default for uniforms. A stitched logo on a chest or sleeve outlasts the garment it sits on, and reads as considered rather than promotional.
Screen printing
Economical at volume for larger back or chest prints. Correctly cured, it holds up to industrial laundering.
Woven and printed labels
Neck labels, care labels and size labels to your specification, so the garment reads as yours inside as well as out.
Name and role personalisation
Individual names, departments or numbers added per garment — useful for larger teams and for anything where identification matters.

Fabric and fit
We recommend fabrics and weights for the wear and laundering involved, and confirm the size grading you need.
Sample
For a programme you will reorder, we produce a sample first so fit, colour and branding are agreed before bulk. This is worth doing properly.

Your specification stays on file. Later orders are produced to match, not re-quoted from scratch.

Uniform questions
- What is the minimum order for uniforms?
- 50 pieces for most garments and 100 pieces for medical scrubs. Where an order spans several colours we can usually work to 30 pieces per colour — send us the breakdown and we will confirm.
- Can you match our exact brand colour?
- Yes. We match to Pantone references, or to a physical sample if you send one. For a uniform programme we record the reference so later orders match the first.
- Will a reorder in a year look the same?
- That is what the specification record is for — fabric, GSM, colour reference, grading and branding placement are all kept. Where a fabric is genuinely no longer available we tell you and propose the closest match rather than substituting silently.
- Do you handle mixed size runs across departments?
- Yes. We can size-sort, pack per department, or bag and label per individual where you are issuing to named staff.
- Can you produce under our own label?
- Yes — neck labels, care labels and packaging to your specification, with nothing of ours on the garment.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Alongside Pakistan we produce for customers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Shipping time and cost depend on destination and are quoted with the order.
