Custom woven shorts manufacturing
Woven shorts are for sport and summer: run clubs, football and padel teams, gyms and athleisure brands. They pair with our tank tops and T-shirts for a full training kit.
A covered elastic waist with an inner drawcord, mesh pocket bags that drain and dry, and a split or straight hem. A liner can be added for running shorts.
Fabric and weight
Ripstop weaves a heavier thread through the nylon in a grid, so a small tear cannot run. It is light, dries fast and holds colour well.
Decorating your woven shorts
Nylon needs the right ink. We screen print with nylon-bonding inks, press DTF and vinyl at low heat, and keep logos small on the leg so the fabric stays light.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
Vinyl printing
Shapes cut from coloured vinyl and pressed on. Sharp edges, bold colours, ideal for names and simple logos.
Private label woven shorts
Your woven shorts can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 woven shorts per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.

For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that.
- Can you add a liner?
- Yes. A brief or compression liner can be sewn in for running and training shorts.
- Can you print on nylon?
- Yes, with nylon-bonding inks or low-heat transfers. We test the print on your fabric before bulk.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
