Garment Labelling & Packaging
Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hangtags and packaging — the parts that turn a decorated blank into your product. Applied in our unit before the order ships, so nothing arrives carrying our name.

Why the label is not a detail
The neck label is the only part of a garment a customer touches every time they put it on. A scratchy printed tag on an otherwise good hoodie is the thing people remember, and the thing they cut out.
Which is why we offer both: a woven label where you want the substance and the brand mark, and a direct print inside the collar where you want nothing to itch at all. Neither is better in the abstract — a streetwear hoodie wants the woven tag, a performance base layer wants the print.
What the law expects
If you are selling into the UK, EU, US or Australia, your garments need fibre composition, care instructions and country of origin on a permanently attached label. Getting this wrong is a customs problem, not a design problem.
We produce care labels to the destination market's requirements as standard. Tell us where you are selling and we will make sure the label carries what it needs to, including the correct wash symbols for that market.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I use my own labels?
- Yes. Send them to us and we will apply them during production at no extra charge beyond the stitching.
- What is the minimum for woven labels?
- Around 300, because labels are woven on a loom set up for the design. Below that, a printed neck label has no minimum beyond the 50-piece garment minimum.
- Will there be any CustomClothing.PK branding on the garment?
- None. Unless you ask for it, nothing we make carries our name — that is the point of private label.
- Can you pack for retail?
- Yes. Individual polybagging, hangtags attached, barcoded and boxed by size ratio if you need it shelf-ready.
- Do you supply the artwork for labels?
- We produce the label from your logo and the required care information. If you have a designer we work to their file; if not, we lay it out and send it for approval.
