What sizes can you make?
XS to 3XL as standard, mixed freely within the 50-piece minimum at no extra cost — a 50-piece order can be spread across the whole range. Larger sizes, 4XL and beyond, are made on request, graded properly rather than scaled. Sizes are graded to the conventions of the market you sell in — US, UK or EU — and labelled to your size chart.
Grading, not scaling
A well-made XL is not a bigger medium; the proportions change with the size. Our blocks are graded from a base size with set increments for chest, length, sleeve and shoulder, and checked on a size-set sample — one of each size — before any cut-and-sew run. If you have your own grading rules they go in the tech pack and we cut to them; if you have a garment whose fit sells, send it and we pattern from it and grade from there.
Market conventions
US alpha sizes run roomier than UK and EU sizes with the same letter; Australian men's sizing follows the UK and women's uses a numeric scale; Gulf uniform orders are usually specified by measurement per employee. Tell us the market and we grade and label for it. Modest cuts — longer bodies and sleeves, higher necklines — are standard variants on our blocks, not custom work.
Children's and unisex ranges
Children's sizes are made, with the drawstring and flammability rules of the destination designed in at tech-pack stage. Unisex ranges are graded from a men's block with the size chart labelled accordingly; women's-fit ranges are a separate block. A range that runs XS to 3XL in one block and 4XL–5XL in an extended grade is normal for uniform orders.
