Can I order fewer than 50 pieces?

The minimum exists because setup — screens, digitising, the cutting table, the first pieces — costs the same whether you order 20 or 200. If you are willing to carry that setup across fewer garments, the arithmetic still works; the price per piece is simply higher, and we will quote it honestly so you can compare it with ordering the full 50.

The cases where it usually works: a stock blank from our range rather than a cut-and-sew garment; one decoration method, in one position; stock colours; and a date that is not tight. The cases where it usually does not: a custom colour, a new pattern, or several decoration methods on one garment, because each of those is a setup in its own right.

For a handful of pieces — a few tees for a team, one-offs for a launch, testing a design before committing — print on demand is genuinely the right tool. Selected stock items are printed one at a time with no setup fee and a higher price per piece, and the same artwork moves to a 50-piece run when you are ready for it.

Once a design's pattern, artwork, screens or digitising and colour are approved and on file, a reorder carries none of the original setup. That is why we can often take a smaller reorder than a first order — say a top-up of 30 pieces of a design we have already made — and why it pays to build a range with us rather than shop each drop around.
