A batch order is not one customer. It is a committee, a group chat, a shifting headcount and a collection deadline — usually with someone's own money fronting the deposit.
So we work to that. We give you a digital mockup to circulate before anything is committed, hold the quote while sizes are collected, accept a mixed size breakdown inside the 50-piece minimum, and personalise individual pieces with names, nicknames or numbers at no extra handling per garment. Send the final list as a spreadsheet and we take it from there.

- What is the minimum for a batch order?
- 50 pieces per design, mixed freely across sizes — so a batch of 50 with every size represented is fine.
- Can each hoodie have a different name on the back?
- Yes, at no extra handling charge per garment. Send the list with names and sizes in a spreadsheet and we handle the layout.
- Can we see it before we collect money?
- Yes. We provide a digital mockup free so you can circulate it and get the group to agree before anyone pays anything.
- What if the headcount changes?
- Tell us before production starts and we adjust. Once cutting begins the quantity is fixed, so we confirm the final number with you at that point rather than assuming.
- How long does it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. More involved work — cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods, or bespoke fabric — usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
