Custom tank tops manufacturing
Tank tops go to gyms and fitness brands, run clubs, summer festivals and event crews, and beach and resort shops. They are the lightest garment in our T-shirt family.
Neck and armholes are finished with self-fabric binding, the hem is twin-needle stitched, and the armhole depth is set to your brief: deep for gym wear, closer for everyday wear.
Fabric and weight
140gsm is light and airy; 180gsm is a heavier, more premium tank that does not twist or turn see-through. All weights are organic cotton jersey.
Decorating your tank tops
Front and back prints are the norm. Screen print for runs with few colours, DTG or DTF for full-colour artwork, and a small embroidered chest logo for a cleaner look.
Screen printing
One screen per colour, with ink pushed through a mesh. The most economical choice for bigger runs with few colours.
DTF printing
Printed film pressed onto the fabric. Full colour and fine detail with no colour limit, even on small runs.
DTG printing
Ink printed straight into the cotton. Soft to the touch, full colour, best on light fabrics.
Embroidery
Stitched in thread, so it lasts as long as the garment. Best for logos and lettering on chests, cuffs and legs.
Private label tank tops
Your tank tops can carry your brand, not ours: woven or printed labels, care labels, swing tags and individual polybags or boxes. What arrives is your product, ready to sell or hand out.
Fit, fabric, trims and finishing can all be changed. This is our house version and a starting point. Send a reference and we will pattern and quote against it.
Low MOQ: 50 tank tops per design
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, mixed across sizes and stock colours. A custom dye lot matched to your Pantone starts at 300 pieces. Small brands and first drops start here; there is no penalty for a small first run.
Bulk and wholesale tank tops, exported worldwide
For bigger orders we plan fabric, cutting and decoration as one run in our Lahore unit, so every piece matches. We ship worldwide from Pakistan and regularly supply brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and across Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.

- What is the minimum order for custom tank tops?
- 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that.
- Can the armhole be deeper or narrower?
- Yes. Armhole depth and shoulder width are set on your sample.
- Is 180gsm too heavy for a tank?
- Not for gym and streetwear, where the heavier weight holds its shape. For festivals and hot climates, 140 or 160gsm is cooler.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too, but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. Cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods or bespoke fabric usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
