Our oversized crewneck is the Classic Sweatshirt cut wide: dropped shoulders, a straight body that hangs loose and long, full sleeves, and the same ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. The heavyweight fleece has been brushed to achieve maximum softness and superior comfort, and the extra cloth in the body gives it the weight and drape an oversized fit needs.

Decorating the oversized sweatshirt
We decorate in-house, so the oversized sweatshirt can carry embroidery, puff print, screen printing, DTF, appliqué — and more than one method on the same garment where the design calls for it. The wide front panel takes a large chest print or a bold embroidered mark well; the dropped shoulder gives a sleeve print more room than a classic fit does. Which method suits depends on the artwork, not on what we would rather run: we will tell you when embroidery would look better than print, or when DTF will cost you less than screen printing for the colour count you have.
Every order can also carry your own branding inside the garment — woven neck labels, printed care labels, hangtags and individual polybagging — so what arrives is your product, not ours with your logo on it.
Made to your specification
This is our house oversized sweatshirt, and it is a starting point rather than a fixed product. How wide, how long, the fabric weight, the rib depth and label placement can all be changed — if you want it boxier or cropped, say so. If you have a reference garment you want matched, send it — we will take it apart, pattern it and quote against the real thing.
Cutting, stitching, decoration and quality checking all happen in our own unit in Lahore, Pakistan, and we ship worldwide from there. We are a third-generation manufacturer, so nothing is subcontracted out where we lose sight of it.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the minimum order for custom oversized sweatshirts?
- 50 pieces per design. Sizes and colours can be mixed within that, so a 50-piece run can be spread across the full size range.
- How oversized is it?
- Roughly one size up in the body and shoulders against our classic sweatshirt, with the same length. Send us a reference or a spec sheet and we will cut to that instead — the fit is yours to set.
- Can you match a specific Pantone?
- Yes. We Pantone match and will send a lab dip for approval before bulk on custom dye lots. Custom colour needs a minimum of 300 pieces; below that we work from stock colours.
- Can I see a sample first?
- We produce a sample free of charge with any production order, once the production deposit is received. If you want a sample before committing to production, we can do that too — but we have to charge for it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide from Lahore and regularly supply brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
- How long will it take?
- We can move as fast as 7–10 days on a straightforward run. Cut-and-sew from scratch, several decoration methods or bespoke fabric usually runs 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
