What is polybag?
A polybag is the individual clear plastic bag each finished garment is folded and sealed into before cartoning. It protects the garment in transit, keeps it clean in storage, and — with a size sticker — makes sorting and fulfilment fast at the other end.
Why it matters
It is what stops 200 hoodies arriving as a loose pile, and what lets a fulfilment partner pick by size without unfolding. Around $0.18 per piece.
On our floor
Every garment folded to a standard size, size-stickered and self-seal bagged. Recycled and compostable options available on request.
