What is white label?
A white-label garment is one the factory already makes — its own blank, pattern and fabric — supplied with your woven label sewn in and your decoration applied. You choose from the factory's range; you do not change the garment. It is the lowest entry point to a product with your brand on it.
Why it matters
Most brands' first product is white label: a heavyweight blank, a woven label, a chest print. Nobody buying it knows the blank was ours, and it is a real product for around $12–17 per tee at 50.
On our floor
Our premium blank range — tees, hoodies, polos, caps, totes — with your label from 50 pieces. Most brands move from here to a custom fit, then a colour of their own.
Common questions
- Is white label lower quality than private label?
- No — it is the same blank; the difference is that the garment's design is ours rather than yours.
- Can I add my own neck label?
- Yes — a woven label is around $0.45 per piece plus a one-off setup.
- What can I change on a white-label garment?
- Label, decoration, colour from the stock range, packaging. Not fit or fabric.
- How do I move to private label later?
- Start with a custom fit — a longer body, a boxier cut — then a colour of your own once a style is selling in dye-lot quantity. Most of our brands do exactly that.
