What is stitch-out?
A stitch-out is a test embroidery of your digitised logo on the actual garment fabric, made before bulk so you can approve the thread colours, the density, the size and how the fabric behaves under the stitching. It is embroidery's version of a print strike-off.
Why it matters
Digitising can be right on screen and wrong on fabric — text that reads at 8 mm on a monitor and blurs at 4 mm in thread. The stitch-out catches it on one piece.
