What is MOQ?

MOQ — minimum order quantity — is the smallest run a factory will produce for one style. It exists because every order carries fixed costs — screens, digitising, dye lots, markers — that only make sense spread across enough pieces. Ours is 50 per style, mixed sizes, with 30 per stock colour; scrubs are 100; a custom dye lot is 300.

Why it matters

The minimum is where the price per piece is highest; it falls from there. And it is per style: 25 tees plus 25 hoodies is two styles, not one order of 50.

On our floor

50 is where our cutting minimum, our dye batch and a fair unit price meet. It is deliberately low for a factory that cuts and sews — most export factories start at several hundred.

Common questions

What is your MOQ?
50 pieces per style, mixed sizes, 30 per stock colour. Scrubs 100. A custom colour is a 300-piece dye lot.
Can I order 25 hoodies?
Not as a style on its own. 50 hoodies costs less per piece than most expect; the calculator shows the number.
Does the price fall above the minimum?
Yes — quickly to about 200 pieces, more slowly to 1,000.
Why is the scrubs minimum higher?
The fabric is bought to the hospital's colour and the size range is wider; 100 is where that is viable.
