What is cut and sew?
Cut and sew means the garment is made from fabric — cut to a pattern and sewn — rather than bought as a finished blank and decorated. It is what a factory does and a print shop cannot: your fit, your fabric, your construction, your colour, built from the roll up.
Why it matters
A decorated blank is somebody else's garment with your print on it. A cut-and-sew garment is yours. It is how a brand gets a boxy fit, a specific fleece weight, a lined hood or a custom colour that no catalogue offers.
