Corporate uniforms and staff polos: what to order for office, retail and field teams
The corporate polo is the most-ordered garment we make and the one most often ordered badly — too light, wrong colour, logo too big. Here is what works for office, retail, bank and field teams, how the embroidery should be specified, and what an order costs at 50 and at 500.

Three kinds of corporate uniform
Office and customer-facing: bank branches, showrooms, reception, retail. The garment is seen up close all day, so fabric quality and a clean embroidered logo matter most. A 220 gsm piqué polo in the brand's colour, or a tailored poly-cotton shirt, with a tonal or small contrast logo on the chest.
Field and service: technicians, drivers, installers, delivery. Durability and visibility matter. A heavier polo or a 270 gsm tee, a fleece or softshell jacket for outdoors, reflective transfer where safety requires, and the logo large enough to identify the company from a distance.
Events and internal: launches, conferences, team days, onboarding kits. Volume, speed and a strong print. A heavyweight tee with a screen-printed design, a cap, a tote — merch rather than uniform, ordered by the hundred.

| Heavyweight tee | 270 gsm cotton | Embroidery or one-colour print | ≈ $14.50 | ≈ $10.50 |

Specifying the logo properly
Size: a chest logo on a polo is 7–9 centimetres wide. Larger reads as a sponsor, not an employer. On a field jacket, 10–12 centimetres on the chest and a 25–30 centimetre back print for identification.
Method: embroidery for polos, shirts, fleece and caps — it survives years of washing and reads as premium. Screen print for tees in volume and for large back designs. Never DTG or DTF for a garment that will be washed weekly for two years.
Colour: thread matched to the brand's Pantone, or tonal — the logo in a shade of the garment colour — for a quieter, more expensive look that many banks and professional firms now prefer.
Placement: left chest, 7 centimetres below the shoulder seam and 5 from centre front, measured on every piece. Consistency across two hundred polos is the difference between a uniform and a batch of polos.
What a corporate uniform order costs
A 50-person office ordering two embroidered polos each — 100 polos — lands around $1,600 from our current rate sheet, or $16 per polo, before shipping. The same order at 500 polos for a multi-branch business is around $6,750, or $13.50 each. Add a fleece quarter-zip for each person and a cap and the per-person set is $55–60 at 100 people, under $45 at 500.
The embroidery digitising is paid once — around $25 — and reused on every garment and every reorder. Most of our corporate customers place a first order for the launch and then reorder in smaller batches for new joiners, at the held specification.
Corporate uniforms from Lahore, for Pakistan and abroad
We supply corporate uniforms to banks, telecoms, retailers, logistics companies and professional firms across Pakistan, and export staff uniforms to companies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Canada. Polos, tees, fleece and caps come from our own blank range; shirts, jackets and workwear are cut and sewn to order. Embroidery is done in-house on the same floor.
Minimum 50 pieces, mixed sizes; 30 per colour. As fast as 7–10 days on stock garments; new-joiner reorders from 50 at any time. Sizes from XS to 4XL, with a size-set sample available before a large first order.
Common questions
- What is the minimum order for corporate polos?
- 50 pieces, mixed sizes, 30 per colour. A first order for a team of 25 at two polos each meets it.
- Embroidery or print for corporate uniforms?
- Embroidery for polos, shirts, fleece and caps — it lasts for years of washing. Screen print for tees in volume. We do not recommend DTG or DTF for a garment washed weekly.
- Can you match our brand colour for the polo itself?
- From our stock range of polo colours, or dyed to a Pantone reference for orders of 30 or more per colour.
- How big should a logo be on a polo?
- 7–9 centimetres wide on the left chest. Larger reads as sponsorship. We show it on a mockup before embroidering.
- Can we reorder for new staff?
- Yes, from 50 pieces at any time, from the held specification and at the same price or lower.
- Do you supply sizes up to 4XL?
- Yes — XS to 4XL on polos and tees, mixed within the order. A size-set sample is available before a large first order.
- How long does a corporate uniform order take?
- 7–10 days on stock garments from approved artwork. Cut-and-sew shirts or jackets 10–14 working days.
- Do you supply corporate uniforms to the UAE and UK?
- Yes — corporate polos and fleece are among our regular exports. Shipping and duties are quoted with the order.
